Together, we bring over a decade of experience in the world of Regulatory Affairs. Our backgrounds span pharmaceuticals, regulatory operations, and industry-specific recruitment. What drives us is simple: Regulatory Affairs shapes the safety, clarity, and quality of the products we rely on every single day.
We are passionate about empowering and aiding the next generation of Regulatory professionals – and even raising awareness of what Regulatory Affairs is.
Meet the Team
Zohra graduated from Kingston University with a BSc (Hons) in Pharmacology and has worked in Regulatory Affairs since. With over 10 years experience, spanning regions like the US, UK and predominantly EU, Zohra has worked on a number of different medicinal products to provide regulatory strategy on dossier compilation and obtain marketing authorisations. With a strong knowledge of EU guidelines and regulations, Zohra is keen to help inspire others to begin their career in Regulatory Affairs, and wants to help develop those wanting to work within the field.
Aksa graduated from the University of Strathclyde with a Master's degree in Chemistry and has worked in Regulatory Affairs since 2019. Her experience spans both generic and innovator pharmaceuticals, including initial Marketing Authorisation Applications (MAAs), post-approval lifecycle management across Europe, and national regulatory activities for the UK and Ireland. Passionate about making Regulatory Affairs more accessible, Aksa is committed to helping aspiring professionals understand the industry, build confidence, and pursue successful careers in the field through Talk Regulatory To Me.
Our Mission
Our mission is to open up the world of Regulatory Affairs to everyone. We want to make learning about Regulatory Affairs accessible and easy to understand for all – from students to seasoned professionals. We hope to achieve this through creating online content and via our podcast where we break down new laws, industry updates, what it means to work in a Regulatory Affairs department, career pathways and much more.
